We understand how important it is to snag your favorite items! That’s why we offer a waitlist option for select sold-out products in our APP. Please review our waitlist policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience:
How It Works:

Add to Waitlist:
- When an item is sold out, you may have the option to add it to your waitlist.

Order Confirmation:
- You will proceed to checkout and "purchase" the item at a 100% discount. You will not be charged the full amount until we get the product in stock and your order is fulfilled. You will receive an order confirmation email once you complete the process.
- Important: You will need to enter your payment information during checkout, but your card will not be charged until the item is back in stock and we fulfill your order.

Payment Processing:
- Once we restock the item and are able to fulfill your waitlist order, your card will be charged automatically.

Vendor Availability:
- We cannot guarantee that every waitlist order will be fulfilled, as this depends on vendor supply.

Restock Timing:
- It may take up to 4 weeks for us to receive restocks from our vendors.

Canceling a Waitlist Order:
- If you wish to cancel your waitlist order, please email us at orders@whitepeonyboutique.com as soon as possible.
