Pick-Up available the Friday following fulfillment after 12pm
Once a pick-up location is chosen, it cannot be changed. This is to avoid confusion and packages lost in translation.
If you choose to pick-up in St. Joseph, the deadline for ordering is Thursday at midnight if you would like to pick-up the following Friday. (otherwise you will have to wait until Friday of the following week to pick-up, as we need to transport orders from our warehouse to this location)
Please double check all pick-up bags before leaving to assure you have all of your items. If there are multiple orders we do our best to combine bags, but sometimes due to the volume of orders, you may have multiple bags to pick up!
Standard shipping cost of all orders within the US is a flat rate of $6.95.
Free shipping within the US on all orders over $100!
International shipping is available and is a flat rate of $14.95.
Standard Shipping Times/Carriers
Standard shipping takes about 1-2 business days to be processed and packaged! We do our best to get your orders out to you as fast as possible!
All of our shipping is through USPS. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking # and can track your package at usps.com. Please allow 2-3 days for your tracking information to show. If you do not receive tracking information after 2-3 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
White Peony Boutique is not responsible for items not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times. If your order does not arrive within 1-2 weeks, please first contact USPS and if they are not able to help, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to resolve the issue!
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their shipping address and all contact information is correct and up to date. White Peony Boutique is not responsible for items shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We get it! ...sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We try our very best to pack and ship orders FAST! Once our team processes your order (usually within 12 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order. Contact us at email@example.com.
