White Peony Boutique will accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for White Peony store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
If by chance you received an item damaged or defective, it may be returned by contacting our Customer Support team here within 7 DAYS of delivery.
We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Shipping will not be refunded in the event of a returned itemed. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer to send any items back to White Peony Boutique.
- Any item returned with stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return.
- Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and your order number included.

We get it! ...sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We try our very best to pack and ship orders FAST! Once our team processes your order (usually within 12 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
