Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes you can! Make sure to select "pick-up" and the location you would like to pick up, for your shipping option.
Do you have Gift Cards?
Yes we do! They can be purchased in-store or online.
Can my CommentSold credit be used on the website?
No, CommentSold credit can only be used on Facebook live sales, Facebook wall posts or in-store.
My order was placed but I would like to change it, can I do that?
If you need to make changes to any order, please contact us right away! We do our best to get orders ready for pick-up or shipped out within 12 hours. Pease contact email@example.com with any questions or changes.
Who do you ship through?
All of our shipping is through USPS. You can track your order at usps.com.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to get your items shipped to you within 1-2 business days.
Why was my card refunded?
Unfortunately, sometimes an item you purchased may have oversold and is no longer available. We do our best to notify you right away if this happens, and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused!
The order I received is incorrect, what should I do?
Please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues in your order! Please include your name, order # and brief description of what is wrong and we will be happy to resolve the issue!
An item I received is damaged, what should I do?
Please contact email@example.com right away with your name, order #, a photo of the damaged item as well as brief description of what is wrong. We will be happy to help resolve the issue!
