Our Summer Peony Market is Saturday June 7 from 9am- 2pm at the White Peony SHED location.

• Vendors must remain set up the entire time
• Unloading times will be assigned to vendors 1-2 weeks prior to market. If you have any specific requests regarding time to unload/ set up please email White Peony (info@whitepeonyboutique.com) ASAP
• It is not mandatory but highly recommended to bring a tent, tent sides, and tent weights due to unknown weather. (weights are a MUST if you do have a tent)
• Vendors are responsible for their own tables/chairs/ etc.
• We do not have plug-ins or wi-fi access for vendors. Please come prepared with appropriate charging ports, batteries charged, etc.
• Our Peony Markets are a DRAMA FREE, Community over Competition and supportive community event. ZERO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED.
• An HHA Form is REQUIRED to be filled out completely prior to setting up at market. This just states that White Peony is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items or property. (In the space of “activity” you would put “selling”)

We do our best to accommodate all requests, but please note that we cannot guarantee every preference or special request will be met. RETURNS

We, at White Peony Boutique, are on a mission to give you the very best experience throughout your entire shopping experience with us!

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to to help you out! Please make sure to try on your items right away, look over your order and read our return policy below.

White Peony Boutique will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for White Peony store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

All returns are for White Peony CREDIT only (in the form of a digital or physical gift card). We do not offer refunds. Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit can be used online or in store and never expires.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following is a list of FINAL SALE items: 
Candles, Jewelry, Face Masks, Headbands and all hair accessories, bras or bralettes, bath and body products, prizes and mystery bags, Deal of The Week, Door Busters, final sale items, any Mega deals and items discounted at 30% or more.

You are able to purchase "Free Returns & Package Protection" on our website. There is a toggle button you can enable or disable in your cart when you are ready to check out.  **This covers returns and package protection on all items in this specific order only. You must purchase this for each order you would like covered**

If you would like to return an item, please click here. The return will be processed within 48 hours.

If by chance you received the incorrect item or an item in your order was damaged or defective, please file a claim here within 7 DAYS of delivery. We will review and process the claim within 48 hours.

IMPORTANT:

• If you did not purchase "free shipping or package protection" on your order, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping costs to send any items back to White Peony Boutique. 
• Package protection purchased only covers the order that it is purchased with. Package protection/free returns must be purchased with each order that you would like covered.
• Any item returned with stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, or any appearance of being worn/washed, will NOT be accepted as a return.
  
• Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and your order number included.

• You can also bring your return in person to either the White Peony Shed or St. Joseph Store during business hours (you can bring your return to either location, regardless of where you purchased)
• MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER # & NAME OR YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SLIP WITH THE ITEM.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
• All website returns will receive an emailed electronic gift certificate that can be used on the website when you check out or can be used for in store shopping at either location!

Pick-up in St. Joseph is usually available 48 hours after fulfillment email has been received. If you have questions, please email us directly at orders@whitepeonyboutique.com.

Once a pick-up location is chosen, it cannot be changed. This is to avoid confusion and packages lost in translation. 

Please double check all pick-up bags before leaving to assure you have all of your items. If there are multiple orders we do our best to combine bags, but sometimes due to the volume of orders, you may have multiple bags to pick up!

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping cost of all orders within the US is a flat rate of $7.95.

Free shipping within the US on all orders over $125!

International shipping is available and is a flat rate of $14.95.

Standard Shipping Times/Carriers

Standard shipping takes about 1-2 business days to be processed and packaged! We do our best to get your orders out to you as fast as possible!

All of our shipping is through USPS. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking # and can track your package at usps.com. Please allow 2-3 days for your tracking information to show. If you do not receive tracking information after 2-3 days, please contact us at info@whitepeonyboutique.com.

White Peony Boutique is not responsible for items not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times. If your order does not arrive within 1-2 weeks, please first contact USPS and if they are not able to help, reach out to us at orders@whitepeonyboutique.com and we will work to resolve the issue!

Address Changes

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their shipping address and all contact information is correct and up to date. White Peony Boutique is not responsible for items shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

If you choose to pick-up in St. Joseph, the deadline for ordering is Thursday at midnight if you would like to pick-up the following Friday. (otherwise you will have to wait until Friday of the following week to pick-up, as we need to transport orders from our warehouse to this location)
