Easy 30-Day Returns
Not quite right? No problem. You have 30 days from the day your order ships to return unworn items for store credit — which never expires and can be used online, in our app, or in-store. Just make sure tags are still attached and items are unworn and unwashed.
A few things to know before you shop:
- Returns are issued as White Peony store credit
- Final sale items — including jewelry, hats, hair accessories, bralettes, and anything discounted 30% or more — can't be returned
- Add "Free Returns & Package Protection" at checkout and we'll cover your return shipping; otherwise, return shipping is on you
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
Candles, Jewelry, Hats, Headbands and all hair accessories, bras or bralettes, bath and body products, prizes and mystery bags, Deal of The Week, Door Busters, final sale items, any Mega deals and items discounted at 30% or more.
If you would like to return an item, please click here. The return will be processed within 48 hours.
If by chance you received the incorrect item or an item in your order was damaged or defective, please file a claim here within 7 DAYS of delivery. We will review and process the claim within 48 business hours.
IMPORTANT:
- If you did not purchase "free shipping or package protection" on your order, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping costs to send any items back to White Peony Boutique.
- Package protection purchased only covers the order that it is purchased with. Package protection/free returns must be purchased with each order that you would like covered.
- Any item returned with stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, or any appearance of being worn/washed, will NOT be accepted as a return.
- Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and your order number included.

- You can also bring your return in person to our St. Joseph Store during business hours.
- MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER # & NAME OR YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SLIP WITH THE ITEM.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
- All website returns will receive store credit to their account, that can be used on the website, mobile APP or in-store.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We get it! ...sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We try our very best to pack and ship orders FAST! Once our team processes your order (usually within 12 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
