White Peony Boutique will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for White Peony store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

All returns are for White Peony CREDIT only (in the form of a digital or physical gift card). We do not offer refunds. Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit can be used online, in our mobile app or in-store... and never expires.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If by chance you received the incorrect item or an item in your order was damaged or defective, please file a claim here within 7 DAYS of delivery. We will review and process the claim within 48 business hours.

• If you did not purchase "free shipping or package protection" on your order, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping costs to send any items back to White Peony Boutique. 
• Package protection purchased only covers the order that it is purchased with. Package protection/free returns must be purchased with each order that you would like covered.
• Any item returned with stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, or any appearance of being worn/washed, will NOT be accepted as a return.
